Training Plan Format
Date: 11/05/15 Type of Training: Week 1 Tyson
Main Goals for the Session
1. low intensity
2.medium duration
3.enhance aerobic fitness
4.practice basic ball skills
Equipment:
markers, whistle, futsal balls and goals
Session:
Warm-Up – 5 mins
Stretches , bum flicks, high knees, grap vines
Dribble around in marked out area, first whisle ball taps, second whilse is sit on the ball and get up again
Work-Out – 25 mins
Drill 1
Two rows of markers, opposite parners pass the ball to other partner. The partner with the ball does ball taps and other partner jogs back to the side line of the court.
Drill 2
Piggy in the middle, one player is in the middle with other people trying to get the ball to each other without person in the middle getting the ball
Drill 3
There will be markers in a line, dribble between the markers and shoot for goal
Drill 4
Quick game, has to touch 3 players before scoring
Cool Down- 5 mins
Stretches slow jog around the court
