Week 1 Session Evaluation
The week one training session mainly focused on the aerobic energy system and the basic skills of futsal. This was achieved by doing the drills continuously at a low to medium intensity for medium to long durations. The drills worked on skills that where specific to the basic futsal skills of passing, dribbling and trying to steal the ball seen in drills one, two and three. The competitive macro cycle states that in week one the intensity has to be lower focusing more on the general condition which is exactly what this training session has achieved.
